Mental health awareness is an important initiative in helping individuals learn more about the role mental health plays in our lives and overall well-being. Oftentimes, the stigma attached to the topic of mental health issues makes it difficult to talk about, but we need to open the lines of communication and recognize that mental health matters!
During the SWMHS Mental Health Fair, you will have an opportunity to learn more about mental health and engage in meaningful and educational conversation while being introduced to self-care techniques and strategies you can use in your own lives. |
